# 2.3 What is Payween?

**PAYWEEN Payment Solutions** focuses on the digital energy points of the world with the right steps and always prepares the projects of the future with highly motivated projects. Today's solutions are outdated solutions for Payween. Payween always aims to produce solutions that aim to prepare projects for a minimum of 3 years on the basis of the world calendar year and to offer these projects to the service of its users. It has extremely effective and powerful solutions in this direction.

Payween Payment Solutions offers a brand-new feature to users in all financial transactions made with credit or debit cards. We can define this feature as follows;

Users download a mobile application developed by the Payween team to their phones and complete registration. After this process is completed, they send or receive friend requests in a new format, which we define as "Bet**ween**", both from their contacts and to other Payween users they know, just like a social media user. This "Bet**ween**" process, which is seen as a friend request or transfer, is a security protocol applied to prevent unforeseen and malicious user abuses of our system, which we will explain in detail below.

When users define Credit Cards or Debit Cards in the Payween application that they download to their phones from mobile markets and add another Payween user from their contacts or surroundings to their personal account with the "Between" feature, they reach the highest level of transaction processing in the application. We call this "**Master Payween User". MPU**

Users do not define Credit Cards or Debit Cards in the Payween application that they download to their phones from mobile markets, but when they add another Payween user from their directory or environment to their personal account with the "Between" feature, we call them **"Slave Payween User"** due to the level of transaction with limited authorization within the application.
